Cutting Lines;
In two different factories, there are:
2 units of 6000x3210 => Jumbo Cutting Line
1 unit of 3660x2500 => Machine Size Cutting Line
1 unit of 6000x3210 => Jumbo Laminated Cutting Line
There are 2 units of automatic 2800x6000 grinding machine
2 units of 4000x2000 CNC Machines perform Channel CNC cutting, grinding, and drilling
1 unit of 2500x4000 automatic vertical drilling machine
1 unit of manual drilling machine
3 units of vertical grinding machine.
There are 2 fully convection tempering furnaces 6000x2800, capable of tempering 3 silver-coated glass
There is a laminated autoclave line with dimensions of 2000x4000.
Painting is done on glass using silk screens and rollers in dimensions of 2000x3000.
In 2 different factories;
1 unit of 2000x4000 double glazing line
It is possible to produce 3 silver-coated glass with our 2 units of 2800x6000 silicone-filled argon gas insulating glass lines.
The glass produced by us, as Ugur Kristalin Cam, is delivered to our customers without breaking, scratching, or damage using our glass transport trolleys.
